Join the Bronx River Alliance on Saturday July 25, from 12-4pm at Starlight Park, to celebrate City of Water Day! We’re coming together to celebrate our waterfronts and help build resilient, connected communities. There are so many ways to enjoy this free family-friendly event! Activities include: Learn about the wildlife of the Bronx River on a Guided Nature Walk Hydration Station with teas foraged from the Bronx River Foodway Interactive Community Drumming Tea and Healing Sound Bath Fresh Produce Distribution Indigenous Art Workshop with the North American Indigenous Center of New York Canoe-Painting Art Project Weaving Workshop Canoeing River Cleanup ( registration required ) And more!
