Zoraida Córdova started writing when she was thirteen years old and hasn’t stopped. She has written more than two dozen novels and short stories, including The Inheritance of Orquídea Divina , Valentina Salazar Is Not a Monster Hunter , and Star Wars: The High Republic: Convergence . Her 2016 novel Labyrinth Lost , book one in the Brooklyn Brujas trilogy, won an International Latino Book Award. Zoraida was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and calls New York City home. Maria Hoey has been writing since she was eight-years-old. Her poetry and articles have been widely published and her short stories have been shortlisted for the Michael McLaverty Short Story Award and the Mslexia short story competition among others. Her debut novel, The Last Lost Girl , was published in July 2016 and went on to be shortlisted for the Kate O’Brien Debut Award 2018. Maria has one daughter, Rebecca, and lives in County Leitrim with her husband, Garrett, dog Jack, and cat, Tatty. Alex Segura is the bestselling author of Secret Identity , winner of the LA Times Book Prize for Mystery/Thriller, a New York Times Editor’s Choice and an NPR Best Mystery of the Year. His most recent publications include Daredevil: Enemy of My Enemy , the second novel in the new Marvel Crime series, as well as Daredevil: The Illustrated History . In addition to his prose, he has written a number of comics for Marvel and DC, including Star Wars: Battle of Jakku , Spider-Society , and The Question: All Along the Watchtower . Dan Watters is a writer born and living in London. He is currently the writer of Coffin Bound at Image Comics, and Lucifer for DC Vertigo’s Sandman Universe . His first creator-owned comic, Limbo , was released through Image Comics in 2016. Since then, he has written horror, fantasy and mystery stories for DC, Dynamite, Titan Books and Vault Comics.
