Experience the flavors of Randall’s Island Park Alliance’s Urban Farm through this free, interactive cooking demonstration! Join an experienced chef in the Urban Farm Kitchen for an afternoon of farm-to-table fun. After learning about the cultural significance of the recipe and its freshly harvested ingredients, participants will work together to chop, crush, and stir fresh ingredients, and enjoy a small plate of the finished dish. Guests will leave with new knowledge of how to use seasonal produce to cook a healthy and delicious meal. Registration is required here. The link will open on Saturday, July 25, at 12 PM.
