Get out to the park and kick off the weekend with some local sounds at this monthly musical get-happy hour. Friday Night Jams takes place on the last Friday of the month from May through August. May 29 - Wes D'Alelio / original songwriting and fingerstyle guitar June 26 - Ramiro Marziani / improvisational jazz and groove July 31 - Christina Chanel / powerful vocals and indie - soul Aug 28 - Ilana Morris / classic R&B with modern edge Ramiro Marziani is a guitarist, composer, and bandleader whose music boldly weaves Jazz, Latin American folk, and Americana into a sound that is both elegant and raw. Born in the Argentine Patagonia and rooted in the province of Mendoza — where sunlit Malbec vineyards meet the Andes — he grew up across Latin America and the Middle East, absorbing a rich blend of cultural influences that now shape his global approach to music. Marziani explores rhythm and improvisation across electric, classical, and acoustic guitars. His compositions and arrangements are shaped by a love for storytelling and world traditions — particularly Argentine, Spanish, and Caribbean folk, jazz improvisation, Americana, and cinematic textures. As a soloist, collaborator, and educator, he moves fluidly between concert stages, studios, and classrooms.
